Shipping policy
Zeus & Lexi Kids uses its discretion on shipping company. We mainly USPS services and also FedEx and UPS for all shipments within the U.S.
International orders are dispatched by DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.
All orders will generally ship within 2-3 business day from the day of order placement. During peak times orders may take 5-7 business days to ship from the day of order placement.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Order placed on Weekends are processed and shipped 2-3 business days after order is placed.
During high volume sale periods, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.
• Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.
• All delivery times are based on business days.
• UPS carrier not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders, please be minded during placing the order, especially with expedited services.
• Delivery address changes after an order has already submitted is not guaranteed, customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items send to the wrong address.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier
